As we all know, The Princess and The Frog made it long awaited debut on movie screens everywhere. For those who haven't seen it, I won't spoil anything for you
But I will say that you won't be disappointed!
The movie is simply... beautiful in every way. The animation is the best I've seen from Disney yet! It's amazing and gorgeous, you won't be able to look away. The story line is wonderful, it plays off of The Frog Prince but, at the same time, is very unique and true to a real Disney masterpiece. The characters are so realistic, each with their own flaws that make easy to relate to.
The music is just perfect, you'll want to sing and dance the whole way through! The end features a new song by Ne-Yo called Never Knew I Needed, it's perfect for the movie and it's a wonderful song
I think I'll look for the soundtrack this weekend
Yeah, I'm bad at reviews
But, everyone should go see this movie! My cousin didn't want to see it, but we dragged him in. He came out singing with the rest of us
It's just a wonderful movie, it'll touch the soul!

Welcome to the Princess and the Frog Fan Club!
TO THE MEMBERS: Hello You All!
I want to sincerely thank you all for joinging this club. I know it's a little jumbled right now, but I'm trying to get things as organized as I can so that you all can know as much information as possible AND enjoy yourselves.
This movie is a landmark for many people. For some it's Disney's return to 2-D animation after a wave of 3-D movies; to others, it's the first black disney princess to be recognized. Then there are some who are holding their breath to see New Orleans animated. I can relate to those three, that I most certainly can! And I know you all can too!
I am not the kind of person who can get a subscription (I have holes in my pockets, AND I'm a college student-anyone relate?) but I plan to have one by the end of this year so that I can make this place PHEMOMENAL! But, you all make it phenomenal by contributing. Thank you for the links, art submissions, suggestions, and downright KINDNESS. You all are just great! Keep it coming! If you see ANYTHING new, throw that link at me!
Just a quick matter of business: I want to set up three journals: One for the Characters, one for the Storyline, and one for Miscellaneous stuff about the movie. I hope for these to be areas of discussion via comments and the like.
I don't know how to set up journals without alerting you all, so please disregard them if they are blank.
Just watch out for them!

So, Give Me The Story Line
The Princess and the Frog is a MDFT (Modern Day Fairy Tale) set in 1920's New Orleans at the onset of the Jazz age. Our heroine is Tiana, our first Black Disney Princess.(Which means that she will be in the Disney Princess franchise, with collectable items and bookbags and stickers and all that wonderful stuff, yes yes!)
